Well this coming Friday 12th July at
Club Ashfield we've a three trumpet special.... with the Power family on trumpet/cornet....Geoff, James and Lachlan...both down from Newcastle are Rachel Hamilton on the Club's grand with Craig Goeldner on double bass...Al Davey on trombone, Cy Donkin on drums with Bridge City Jazz Band regulars Colin Beal on reeds and myself, Dennis Quinlan on banjo...
Should make for an interesting evening of traditional jazz....

Club Ashfield is at 1-11 Charlotte Street, Ashfield beside the Ashfield Railway
station on the northern side and the gig is up on the first floor in
the bistro/Charlotte Room function area from 7.30pm to 10.30pm with the restaurant
serving nice food until 9pm.....I always eat there on Jazz nights....
