This coming Friday, 20th December 2019 at Club Ashfield we've Pam Withnall on soprano sax and reeds lead with Gordon Brown on piano,  and Chris Gentle on drums, joining the Bridge City Jazz Band regulars  Colin Beal on reeds, Mike Hallam on trombone, Colin Davies on double bass and Dennis Quinlan on banjo....
A night of great traditional jazz for dancing, listening and of course Christmas cheer....

 Future special guests with the Bridge City Jazz Band at Club Ashfield and other BCJB future gigs...

  Club Ashfield is at 1-11 Charlotte Street, Ashfield beside the Ashfield Railway station on the northern side and the gig is up on the first floor in the bistro/Charlotte Room function area from 7.30pm to 10.30pm with the restaurant serving nice food until 9pm.....I always eat there on most Jazz nights....  

 NO FURTHER JAZZ UNTIL FRIDAY 10TH JANUARY.... MOST OF  THE BAND ARE AT THE 74th AUSTRALIAN JAZZ CONVENTION IN ALBURY OVER THE CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR PERIOD....

The Canberra Duo are back....! This coming Friday 6th December 2019 at Club Ashfield, we've Dave Ridyard leading the Bridge City Jazz Band on soprano saxophone featuring another of his "Celebration of 1920's Jazz"...Bradley Newman on the Club's grand piano, Jim Morrell  on drums,  .....linking up with the Bridge City JB regulars.... Mike Hallam on trombone, Colin Beal on reeds with Colin Davies on double bass and myself, Dennis Quinlan on banjo.........
