Welcome to Sydney's traditional jazz scene...live jazz in Sydney......Club Ashfield is the venue and with its long residency, The Bridge City Jazz Band is the band......... on the coming Friday 6th October 2023 and we have Greg Englert on trumpet lead with Carolyn Packer on the Club's grand piano & Jim Fletcher on drums as special guests....

They join the Bridge City JB regulars.... Mike Hallam on trombone, Jack Wiard on reeds, Colin Davies on double bass & myself, Dennis Quinlan on banjo .

A great night of traditional jazz for 2023....

Club Ashfield is at 1-11 Charlotte Street, Ashfield beside the Ashfield Railway station on the northern side and the gig is up on the first floor in the bistro/Grand Stella Room function area from 7.30pm to 10.30pm with the restaurant serving nice food until 9pm.....I always eat there on most Jazz nights....
