Welcome to Sydney's traditional jazz scene...live jazz in Sydney......Club Ashfield is the venue and with its long residency, The Bridge City Jazz Band is the band....Club Ashfield is now open after the long lockdowns ..... and on Friday 30th September 2022 we have Greg Englert on trumpet lead with Tony Gardiner on piano, Pam Withnall on reeds & Craig Lee on drums....

 This coming Friday 30th September 2022 at Club Ashfield .... we've leading the band   Greg Englert on trumpet lead,  Pam Withnall on  reeds,  with Tony Gardiner on the Club's grand piano,  and Craig Lee on drums

 They join the Bridge City Jazz Band regulars....   Mike Hallam on trombone, Colin Davies on double bass, and myself, Dennis Quinlan on banjo... Jack Wiard is away....

 Club Ashfield is at 1-11 Charlotte Street, Ashfield beside the Ashfield Railway station on the northern side and the gig is up on the first floor in the bistro/Grand Stella Room function area from 7.30pm to 10.30pm with the restaurant serving nice food until 9pm.....I always eat there on most Jazz nights....
