Welcome to Sydney's traditional jazz scene...live jazz in Sydney......Club Ashfield is the venue and with its long residency, The Bridge City Jazz Band is the band......... and on Friday 2nd June 2023 we have Paul Furniss on soprano sax lead with Bradley Newman on the Club's grand piano & Jim Fletcher on drums....

This coming Friday 2^nd June 2023... for the Bridge City Jazz Band at Club Ashfield we have Paul Furniss playing soprano sax lead with  Bradley Newman on the Club's grand piano and Jim Fletcher  on drums...

They join the Bridge City JB regulars.... Mike Hallam on trombone, Jack Wiard on reeds, Colin Davies & myself, Dennis Quinlan on banjo .

A great night of traditional jazz for 2023....

Club Ashfield is at 1-11 Charlotte Street, Ashfield beside the Ashfield Railway station on the northern side and the gig is up on the first floor in the bistro/Grand Stella Room function area from 7.30pm to 10.30pm with the restaurant serving nice food until 9pm.....I always eat there on most Jazz nights....
