Welcome to Sydney's traditional jazz scene...live jazz in Sydney......Club Ashfield is the venue and with its long residency, The Bridge City Jazz Band is the band....a nominal 4 piece we have three special guests each Friday taking the band up to a 7 piece swinging trad.jazz band...and this coming Friday the 6th May we've super jazz violinist George Washingmachine on lead with Brad Newman on piano and Graham Hilgendorf on drums....

It's alway great to have George Washingmachine, that super jazz violinist to lead the Bridge City Jazz Band and he's with us at Club Ashfield this coming Friday 6th May 2016 with other special guests Bradley Newman on the Club's grand piano and Graham Hilgendorf on drums....
The Bridge City JB regulars....Colin Beal on reeds, John Bates on trombone, Colin Davies on double bass and myself, Dennis Quinlan on banjo all make up the great seven piece traditional jazz band for the night.....
