Club Ashfield is the venue and with its long residency, The Bridge City Jazz Band is the band....a nominal 4 piece we have three special guests each Friday taking the band up to a 7 piece swinging trad.jazz band...this coming Friday 24th May sees the band led by "The bouncin' Czech!!"...Jiri Kripac with Davis Stevens on the Club's grand piano and Chris Gentle on drums as the special guests....

Regular band members, John Bates on trombone and vocals, Colin Beal on alto sax and clarinet, Colin Davies on double bass and myself Dennis Quinlan on banjo make up the swinging 7 piece trad.jazz band...The Bridge City Jazz Band....
Club Ashfield....? 5 Charlotte Street, Ashfield on the northern side of Ashfield Railway station and 50 metres away....the gig is in the first floor bistro/function area...7.30pm to 10.30pm...see below for directions.
