JAZZ in Sydney, Live traditional jazz at Club Ashfield this coming Friday 25th January sees Tony Thomas up from Canberra to lead the Bridge City Jazz Band on trumpet and vocals, backed by Monique Lysiak on piano and Joel Davis on drums with the normal Bridge City JB quartet making up the big sounding 7 piece band...

It's not often we get Canberrian trumpeter and former leader of the Black Mountain Jazz Band to Sydney and this coming Friday 25th January is one of those days....with our other special guests, pianist Monique Lysiak and drummer Joel Davis they combine with the regular Bridge City Jazz Band Quartet to make the seven piece Bridge City Jazz Band....
As usual it will be a great night of traditional jazz with a New Orleans flavour....at Club Ashfield, 5 Charlotte Street, Ashfield in the first floor bistro/function area from 7.30pm to 10.30pm.....
