Likely as well he may play some piano in the sit-in set that inevitably happens during the night....
Regretably I've no photo of Kym and havent been able to secure one...one more reason to pop along for the evening...
Frank Watts is on piano..always welcome at Club Ashfield....
Joel Davis is on drums and as Colin Beal is still travelling back from the Merimbula Jazz Festival...would you believe he rode down most of the way and is riding back on his pushbike...CB is a longtime long distance bicyclist having ridden twice before to Merimula...carries an older clarinet and when he stops for a "breather" gets it out and plays it!
So replacing Colin is Paul Furniss.........
A super night shaping up...
