Jazz in Sydney....Bridge City Jazz Band combines with Black Mountain JB to play at Club Ashfield on Friday 27th May and then again on the Sunday 29th May for the Central Coast Jazz League at the Central Coast Leagues Club.....

Well DQs back from the USA after an action filled Friday with Sydney airport closed to fog, my flight diverted to Brisbane where it waited until 2pm before setting off to Sydney where I emerged from the terminal at 3.30pm in time for the show with Jiri Kripac and the lads on 20th at Club Ashfield....
As usual a great night and the previous night with Bill Dudley also went off a treat...
This Friday the 27th May sees the Black Mountain and Bridge City Jazz bands combine again at Club Ashfield and for those going to the Central Coast Leagues Club  on Sunday 29th May, we'll be playing there also from 2-5pm...

The Saturday between, Sat.28th has a 5 piece Bridge City JB playing at Lane Cove shopping mall in front of Woolworths for the Council...10am-12pm....
Guest with us is Jim Morrell on drums....
It's a weather dependant gig and will be cancelled with rain...
