Welcome to Sydney's traditional jazz scene...live jazz in Sydney......Club Ashfield is the venue and with its long residency, The Bridge City Jazz Band is the band......... on the coming Friday 8th December 2023 and we have Greg Englert on trumpet lead, Robbie Mann on the Club's grand piano & Joel Davis on drums as special guests....

 Sadly Al Davey has advised us of his Covid diagnosis..... so Greg Englert replaces him...

 This coming Friday 8th December 2023... at Club Ashfield with special guests for the night we have Greg Englert on trumpet lead with Robbie Mann on the Club's grand piano  and Joel Davis on drums..

They join the Bridge City JB regulars.... Mike Hallam on trombone, Jack Wiard on reeds, Colin Davies on double bass...& myself, Dennis Quinlan on banjo .

A great night of traditional jazz for 2023....

  Club Ashfield is at 1-11 Charlotte Street, Ashfield beside the Ashfield Railway station on the northern side and the gig is up on the first floor in the bistro/Grand Stella Room function area from 7.30pm to 10.30pm with the restaurant serving nice food until 9pm.....I always eat there on most Jazz nights....
