Welcome to Sydney's traditional jazz scene...live jazz in Sydney......Club Ashfield is the venue and with its long residency, The Bridge City Jazz Band is the band......... on the coming Friday 24th November 2023 and we have Al Davey on trumpet lead, Geoff Power on trombone with Tony Gardner on the Club's grand piano, Ros Mayne on double bass & Laurie Bennett on drums as special guests....

 This coming Friday 24th November 2023... at Club Ashfield with special guests for the night we have Al Davey on trumpet lead with Tony Gardner on the Club's grand piano  and Laurie Bennett on drums...as Mike Hallam & Colin Davies have Covid, they are replace by Geoff Power on trombone & Ros Mayne on double bass...

They join the Bridge City JB regulars.... Jack Wiard on reeds & myself, Dennis Quinlan on banjo .

Club Ashfield is at 1-11 Charlotte Street, Ashfield beside the Ashfield Railway station on the northern side and the gig is up on the first floor in the bistro/Grand Stella Room function area from 7.30pm to 10.30pm with the restaurant serving nice food until 9pm.....I always eat there on most Jazz nights....
