Interesting lineup this coming Friday 24th August 2012 at Club Ashfield where the Bridge City Jazz Band plays with special guests....
There are four guests this Friday with Bill Dudley leading on cornet, Gary Walford on the Club's grand piano, Chris Gentle on drums and with our regular trombonist John Bates away we welcome Richard Booth who'll be on tenor saxophone most of the evening...
It'll fire for sure this band.....
Usual Bridge City JB personnel playing with them...Colin Beal on clarinet and alto saxophone, Colin Davies on double bass and myself, Dennis Quinlan on banjo.....
Club Ashfield is at 5 Charlotte Street, Ashfield, beside the Ashfield Railway Station on the northern side with the gig in the upstairs bistro/function area from 7.30pm to 10.30pm and admission is free....
